COIMPACT BRUC

This coliving located in the Eixample neighborhood features only shared rooms: there are mixed dormitories for 4 and 6 people and a female dormitory for 6 people. It has 5 bathrooms and caters up to 20 people.

The bunk beds have high-quality mattresses and linen is changed once a week. Each guest has 2 large lockers for storage their belongings, a reading light, power outlets and a curtain for privacy. 

You might think it’s a hostel, it is more though like a large shared apartment and it is ideal for content creators as it has a content creation room: a space for you for record your videos, your podcasts or creating any kind of digital content. You will get 2 hours of free access monthly (there is a 15€ extra charge in case you need extra use) with all the equipment included (lights, light ring, softbox, backdrops, tripod and projector), so you don’t have to bring all your stuff.

Every Tuesday guests gather to cook and have dinner together. The coliving team also organizes a minimum of 2 events per week for colivers to bond and enjoy their stay together.

The apartment has working spaces and internet connection in all areas of the coliving but they offer discount passes with local coworking spaces too.
